ทรู คอร์ปอเรชั่น นำทีมตรวจสอบคุณภาพสัญญาณ 5G และ 4G จังหวัดชายแดนอีสานตอนบนติดชายแดนไทย-ลาว และชุมชนริมโขง และรับฟังความเห็นการใช้งานจากชาวบ้านในพื้นที่อย่างใกล้ชิด ควบคู่คุมสัญญาณชายแดนไทย–ลาว ตามมาตรการสำนักงาน กสทช. เพื่อตัดวงจรการสื่อสารของสแกมเมอร์ข้ามแดน นำโซลูชันเสริมสัญญาณเพื่อชุมชน ทั้งติดตั้งสถานีฐานขนาดเล็ก (Small Cell) และเฟมโตเซลล์ (Femtocell) ล่าสุดลงพื้นที่ตรวจสอบสัญญาณชายแดนจังหวัดหนองคาย จัดแผนเสริมสัญญาณลดช่องว่างดิจิทัลเพื่อประโยชน์ชาวบ้านที่อาศัยพื้นที่ชายแดน โดยเฉพาะในช่วงที่ภาครัฐเตรียมเปิดโครงการ “ไทยช่วยไทย คนละครึ่งพลัส” ซึ่งต้องอาศัยการเข้าถึงบริการผ่านแอปพลิเคชันบนมือถือ
ล่าสุด บริษัท ทรู คอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด (มหาชน) นำโดย นายคูรัม อัชฟาค หัวหน้าคณะผู้บริหารด้านเครือข่าย และ นายธงชัย ขวัญพุฒ หัวหน้าฝ่ายพัฒนาโครงข่ายและการปฏิบัติงานภาคสนาม ร่วมด้วย นายนฤพนธ์ รัตนสมาหาร หัวหน้าสายงานรัฐกิจสัมพันธ์และกำกับดูแล พร้อมทีมเน็ตเวิร์กลงพื้นที่จังหวัดหนองคาย โดยเฉพาะอำเภอศรีเชียงใหม่ ซึ่งเป็นจุดเสี่ยงจากการแอบลักลอบใช้สัญญาณข้ามพรมแดน เพื่อตรวจสอบและปรับควบคุมสัญญาณทุกจุดตามมาตรการความปลอดภัย กสทช.
นายคูรัม อัชฟาค หัวหน้าคณะผู้บริหารด้านเครือข่าย บริษัท ทรู คอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด (มหาชน) กล่าวว่า “ทรู คอร์ปอเรชั่น ดำเนินการอย่างต่อเนื่องในการปรับปรุงโครงข่ายบริเวณชายแดนไทย–ลาว เพื่อสกัดแก๊งคอลเซ็นเตอร์ โดยเฉพาะในพื้นที่อำเภอศรีเชียงใหม่ จังหวัดหนองคาย ขณะเดียวกัน เรายังคำนึงถึงผลกระทบต่อประชาชนในพื้นที่ โดยได้ลงพื้นที่เพื่อตรวจสอบสัญญาณ และรับฟังข้อเสนอแนะจากชุมชนอย่างใกล้ชิด โดยปัจจุบันเราติดตั้งเสริมสัญญาณให้ชาวบ้านแล้วมากกว่า 100 จุดในพื้นที่อีสานตอนบนตามแนวชายแดนเพื่อให้ประชาชนยังคงใช้งานได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง”
ทรู คอร์ปอเรชั่น ได้ปรับปรุงโครงข่ายชายแดนไทย-ลาวใน 5 จังหวัด ได้แก่ เลย บึงกาฬ นครพนม มุกดาหาร และหนองคาย ด้วยเทคนิค Cell Radius ควบคู่การปรับพารามิเตอร์เครือข่าย ทั้งทิศทางเสาสัญญาณ กำลังส่ง และความหนาแน่นของสถานีฐาน เพื่อควบคุมสัญญาณให้อยู่ในฝั่งไทยอย่างแม่นยำ พร้อมเปิดวอร์รูมตรวจจับซิมบ็อกซ์และใช้ AI วิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมผิดปกติแบบเรียลไทม์ผ่านศูนย์ปฏิบัติการเครือข่ายอัจฉริยะ (BNIC) ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง
นอกจากนี้ ทรู คอร์ปอเรชั่น ยังลงพื้นที่รับฟังเสียงประชาชนและติดตั้ง Small Cell และ Femtocell เพิ่มเติมในชุมชนชายแดนของ 5 จังหวัดที่กล่าวมา เพื่อบรรเทาผลกระทบด้านคุณภาพอินเทอร์เน็ตที่เกิดจากการปฏิบัติตามมาตรการ กสทช. อย่างเคร่งครัด โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งขณะนี้เริ่มจะเข้าสู่ช่วงที่รัฐบาลเตรียมเปิดตัวโครงการ "ไทยช่วยไทย คนละครึ่งพลัส" ซึ่งคาดว่าจะเปิดลงทะเบียนรับสิทธิ์ปลายเดือนพฤษภาคมนี้ และแจกเงินช่วยเหลือคนละ 4,000 บาท ผ่านแอปพลิเคชัน “เป๋าตัง” ระหว่างเดือนมิถุนายน-กันยายน 2569 การเสริมสัญญาณให้รองรับการเข้าถึงบริการดิจิทัลภาครัฐได้จึงมีความสำคัญยิ่งสำหรับชาวบ้านในพื้นที่ห่างไกลต่างๆ โดยเฉพาะชายแดนและริมโขง
ทรู คอร์ปอเรชั่น ยังย้ำถึงการทำงานร่วมกับภาครัฐ และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในการปราบปรามขบวนการสแกมเมอร์ โดยยกระดับความปลอดภัยด้วยการลงทะเบียนซิมแบบไบโอเมตริกซ์ จำกัดจำนวนเลขหมายต่อบุคคล และใช้ AI ตรวจจับความผิดปกติแบบเรียลไทม์ รวมถึงรองรับเทคโนโลยี Liveness Detection ครบทุกช่องทาง

True Corporation Tightens Border Signal Controls Along Thailand–Laos Frontier to Disrupt Scammer Networks, Boost Connectivity for Mekong Communities, Support ‘Thai Chuay Thai Plus’ Scheme
True Corporation has deployed teams to inspect and optimize 5G and 4G signal quality across upper northeastern provinces along the Thailand–Laos border, ensuring continuous connectivity for riverside communities while closely engaging with local residents to gather feedback. The effort runs in parallel with strict signal control measures in collaboration with the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) to disrupt cross-border scammer communications.
To support communities, True Corporation has implemented network enhancement solutions, including the installation of Small Cells and Femtocells. Most recently, teams conducted on-site inspections in Nong Khai province, particularly in Si Chiang Mai district, a high-risk area for cross-border signal misuse. A targeted network optimization plan has been put in place to reduce the digital divide for border communities, especially as the government prepares to launch the “Thai Chuay Thai Plus” program, which requires mobile app access.
True Corporation Public Company Limited, led by Mr. Khurrum Ashfaque, Chief Network Officer, and Mr. Thongchai Kwanphut, Head of Network Rollout and Field Operation, together with Mr. Narupon Rattanasamaharn, Head of Regulatory and Government Affairs Division, conducted field operations in Nong Khai to inspect and fine-tune network performance in line with NBTC safety measures.

At the same time, we remain mindful of the impact on local communities. Our teams have been on the ground to assess service quality and gather feedback. To date, we have deployed more than 100 network enhancement points across upper northeastern border areas to ensure uninterrupted usage for residents.”
The company has optimized its network across five border provinces-Loei, Bueng Kan, Nakhon Phanom, Mukdahan, and Nong Khai-using Cell Radius optimization alongside parameter adjustments, including antenna direction, transmission power, and base station density. These measures ensure precise signal containment within Thai territory. A dedicated war room has also been established to detect SIM box activity, supported by AI-driven real-time anomaly detection via the Business and Network Intelligence Center (BNIC), operating 24/7.
In addition, True Corporation continues to engage with local communities and has further deployed Small Cells and Femtocells across the five provinces to mitigate any impact on internet quality resulting from strict regulatory compliance. This is particularly important as the government prepares to roll out the “Thai Chuay Thai Khon La Khrueng Plus” scheme, which will open for registration in May and provide financial support of 4,000 baht per person via the Paotang application between June and September 2026. Reliable connectivity is essential to ensure access to these digital government services, especially for remote and border communities.
True Corporation also reaffirmed its collaboration with NBTC, and relevant agencies to combat scammer networks. Enhanced security measures include biometric SIM registration, limits on the number of SIMs per individual, and AI-based real-time anomaly detection. The company also supports Liveness Detection technology across all channels.
The company reiterated its commitment to complying strictly with government and NBTC policies to prevent network misuse for illegal activities, while accelerating precise network optimization along border areas to minimize impact on residents, local businesses, and economic activities along the Mekong River.
